Area Sales Manager Crop Protection
- North - West (BH, SM, SJ, MM) – 1 position
- Centre (CJ, MS, BV, CV, HR, BN, AB, SB, HD) – 1 position
- South - Est (CT, TL, BR, BZ, PH, IL, CL, DB) – 1 position
- Oltenia (AG, GR, DJ, OT, VL, TR) – 1 position
Be responsible for delivering results and developing sales activities in represented business in the designated geographical area.
- Managing the relationship and further development of the existing key customers, indirect and direct accounts;
- Active proposing sales initiatives for customers in specific area of the country;
- Managing of entrusted region according to general objectives of the company and representing the company in commercial and technical relations on dedicated region in cooperation with distributors, farmers and consulting companies;
- Contacts with colleagues from technical and commercial departments. Active participation in business teams, whose task is developing future strategies and decisions covering the whole country.

- Very good time management & planning skills.
Skills & Knowledge:
- 3 to 5 years’ experience with Crop Protection domain,
- Solid experience in Sales with distribution and direct customers
- Education in Agronomy,
- Good knowledge of local agriculture industry,
- Strong networking & communication skills
- Driving license (cat.B) and ready to frequent travel
- Very good command of English. Other languages will be an advantage,
- Very good computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
